1. What Virvyxn is

Virvyxn reads a manuscript you provide and builds a Story Model: characters, facts, who knows what and when, each tied to a passage in your text. It does not write your story.

2. This is a beta

• Virvyxn is provided "as is", and features may change, break or be removed.
• There are no automatic backups. A deleted manuscript can be restored from the trash for 30 days; after that, or if you delete it from the trash, it is gone permanently. Always keep your original files. You are responsible for your own copies.
• Access is by approval and can be limited while we test.

3. Your content

• You own your manuscripts and everything you write. We claim no ownership of them.
• You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run Virvyxn for you, including sending it to the AI provider listed in the Privacy Policy.
• We do not use your content to train AI models.
• Only upload what you have the right to use.

4. The Story Model can be wrong

Virvyxn uses AI. It can miss things, misread a passage, or attach the wrong state to a character. Each item links to the passage it came from so you can check it. Treat the Story Model as a tool for you to verify, not as a final authority. Some content may also fail to process because of safety filters at the AI provider.

5. Free plan and limits

• The free plan reads the first 30,000 words of each manuscript. You can import the whole manuscript; words beyond the limit are stored but not analyzed.
• There are also monthly usage limits for reading and for the assistant. We may adjust limits, and we will show them in the app.
• Paid plans are not available yet. If we introduce them, we will tell you the price before you are charged, and nothing is charged without your action.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Virvyxn to break the law or violate others' rights, to upload content you do not have the right to use, to try to access other people's data or break the service's security, to overload the service, or to resell access.

7. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to protect the service. If we end your access without a violation, we will give notice when possible so you can export your data.

8. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Virvyxn is not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version and email you about important changes before they apply. Continuing to use Virvyxn after that means you accept them.
